Terms & Conditions for Training Services<\/span><\/h3>\n

  • Enrolment in any training program is subject to availability and completion of the registration process, including full payment.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Fees once paid are generally non-refundable, except in special circumstances at the discretion of IRS Certification.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Participants are mandatory to attend all sessions, adhere to the code of conduct, and complete assessments or assignments, if applicable.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of the course requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Terms & Conditions for Certification Services<\/span><\/h3>\n

    • Clients engaging IRS Certification for certification services must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information relevant to the scope of certification.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • IRS Certification reserves the right to suspend or withdraw certification if false, misleading, or incomplete information is provided, or if the client fails to comply with applicable certification requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Certification remains valid for the stipulated term, provided the client continues to meet the defined requirements and obligations throughout the certification cycle.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        Terms & Conditions for Sustainability Services<\/span><\/h3>\n
          \n
        • Clients must ensure that information shared with IRS Certification for sustainability assessments or reporting is accurate, comprehensive, and submitted within agreed timelines.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Sustainability reports and evaluations reflect the status and performance based on the data provided at the time of assessment; they do not serve as a guarantee of compliance with all applicable legal or stakeholder requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • KBS Certification will not be responsible for business decisions made solely on the basis of these reports or for unforeseen changes in legal or market conditions affecting sustainability performance.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Terms & Conditions for Climate Change Services<\/span><\/h3>\n
            \n
          • Clients availing of climate change-related services, including carbon footprint assessments, carbon neutrality validations, or related advisory, are responsible for providing complete and verifiable data relevant to greenhouse gas emissions, reduction measures, and mitigation plans.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • IRS Certification will perform evaluations and issue statements based on the data and evidence provided but does not guarantee any future environmental performance, market acceptance, or regulatory approvals.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • IRS Certification is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of climate change service reports or recommendations.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Terms & Conditions for Inspection Services<\/span><\/h3>\n
              \n
            • Clients engaging IRS Certification for inspection services must ensure that all necessary documents, data, and site access required to carry out inspections are provided in a timely and accurate manner.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • IRS Certification\u2019s findings and reports are based solely on the information and conditions observed at the time of inspection; we do not warrant the continued compliance of inspected products, processes, or facilities beyond the scope and date of the inspection.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • IRS Certification shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from reliance on inspection results that are later affected by changes in circumstances or undisclosed information.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Confidentiality<\/span><\/h3>\n

              While we strive to keep the website content accurate, complete, and up to date, IRS Certification does not warrant that the website or its content will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical issues.<\/span><\/p>\n
